Aloha folks, this is Chris and I am unbelievably happy to announce our next film project. Yes its true, the guys who brought you the world renowned and award winning short Zombie Hunter is getting ready to start on a new feature film. The film is called Drawing Dead and it is a Poker Theme Horror Film. This movie will make true poker players happy with realistic poker playing and the Horror fans will just love the Horror element of the film. For the Horror fans we will have plenty of frights, blood, guts, and gore.
Geoff Hamby, director of Zombie Hunter, is signed on to direct and I have to say that I am excited to be working with Geoff in the Director’s seat again. He is an amazing talent and is second to none when it comes to directing. He is a true professional with an amazing eye and an uncanny ability to get his vision across. I am on board as Producer and I even have a juicy roll in this film. I love being a character actor, and this new character will be a lot of fun. The script is written by Kelly Parks from an original story by me. Kelly is a genius. Actually, he is a genius and a bonafide Rocket Scientist. Yes, he use to work at NASA. Kelly’s screenplays have won multiple awards including 2006 International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival Screenplay Competition, which happens to be one of my favorite film festivals. His list of achievements are far too numerous to write in this blog, but I can tell you that he worked his magic on the Drawing Dead script. Schroeder, the Editor from Cult Movies Magazine, is lending his professional and artistic abilities to this film and I am sure that with him on board that this film will be great. (I wonder how many times I have said amazing or great in this blog?) We are currently signing on actors, some of whom will make a lot of people happy(Also, happy, how many times have I said happy?) as well as crew. The sets are in the design stage and we will hopefully start construction soon.
Thank you for reading this. I will keep everyone posted in regards to Drawing Dead as soon as new elements arrive. Also, for those of you who are wondering about Carnies. I have word that it will be finished soon and out there in the world for all of you small hand, cabbage smelling afficionados.

Hey kids. This is Chris Staviski, Producer/actor/and coolest pollock of the international short film hit “ZOMBIE HUNTER.” Anyway, I’m watching House of the Dead 2 right now, and I started thinking how in the hell did it get made. I mean, this one is not too bad, not like it’s predecessor which was directed by the talent deprived Uwe Boll. Uwe, if I ever see you, you owe me $8 and two hours of my life back for the first House of the Dead. So anyway, this House of the Dead 2 is just a low budget version of Resident Evil 2. Now how is it that these movies that either spew out lumps of unoriginal or talentless crap get made and Zombie Hunter the feature hasn’t yet. Call me bias, but Geoff Hamby’s full script is original, entertaining, and I swear it is on par with the original Dawn of the Dead. It will truly be the Zombie film that all of the other zombie films will strive to be.
On a new note. I’ve been going to quite a few film festivals lately showing Zombie Hunter. I have to say that it has received great reviews everywhere. People have been coming up to me left and right expressing their love for the short. They all want to see it made into a full feature. It will be, but first there will be a prequel. Big, bad Geoff Hamby has been working feveriously on writing the script and we are planning on a shoot in North Carolina at the end of the summer. The movie will take place on the night of the world wide release of meatterriffic. Go to the How the World Ended section on this site and you can read all about it.
So tell everyone you know about this website and write your congressman and have them fund Zombie Hunter. Afterall, the government is spending all kinds of money on useless things like education and medicare when they can fund great things that will truly benefit society, like Zombie Hunter. That last part was a joke, for those of you who are comedically challenged. Also, Jon Sorensen, who was the rock zombie in Zombie Hunter is also polish and he will probably say he is the coolest pollock in Zombie Hunter. Well he isn’t. If you catch him trying to take my glory away from me then kick him in the balls for me. Thanks, I will appreciate it and Jon will enjoy being kicked in the balls. Until next time kids, Sayonara.

Aloha, this is Chris Staviski, Producer/Actor on Zombie Hunter. Periodically I’ll post a blog here to talk about amusing, or boring as all hell stories about the shooting of this short. Also, I will keep you updated on the future projects produced by Magic Factory Productions.
Here is a little info about Zombie Hunter. Now I’m not going to divulge too much, afterall we want you all to come back for more. This short is actually the opening scene of a full script written by Director Geoff Hamby. If you enjoyed the short then I’ll guarantee you will love the full movie. Our goal is to have the full feature out by the end of next year. Of course this comes down to finances. We are currently trying to raise the funds needed. For example, we will be selling shirts and dvd’s, now I figure that if we sell a million shirts and dvds then we’ll have the money. So everyone will need to buy at least 1000 of each. Break out the credit cards. If that doesn’t work then I’ve been playing the lottery, also I’m getting pretty damn good at rolling the dice at the craps table. And, I’ve recently won $160 bucks at a Texas Hold’em game thrown by our cabellero zombie. Hell just 100,000 more wins and we will have the money. In all seriousness, if you all want to see a full feature, then please buy a dvd or shirt. Also, send everyone you know to the site. Word of mouth can be huge in this industry, just look at what it did for the Blair Witch Project.
Thanks for reading this, and I love you all. Of course I don’t know everyone, but I’m sure that I would love you. Unless you are a tawainese, albino, midget with a club foot. I’m sorry but I have something against tawainese, albino, midgets with a club foot.
